1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and FrozenIgfMart ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the FrozenIgfMart B2B platform.
2. Platform Usage
FrozenIgfMart is a B2B marketplace facilitating the trade of frozen food products. We act as an intermediary connecting buyers and verified suppliers. We do not take ownership of the goods traded and are not a party to the actual transaction between buyers and sellers, unless explicitly stated otherwise in our Trade Desk terms.
3. User Registration and Verification
You may be required to register with the platform. You agree to keep your password confidential and will be responsible for all use of your account and password. As a supplier, you must undergo our verification process before you can actively trade on the platform. We reserve the right to remove, reclaim, or change a username you select if we determine it is inappropriate.
4. Requests for Quotation (RFQs)
Buyers submitting RFQs must provide accurate and complete specifications. Suppliers responding to RFQs must ensure their quotes are accurate and valid for the specified duration. Misuse of the RFQ system may result in account suspension.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event will we or our directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.
